Our People

Enton is a consultancy which provides a unique blend of change management, expertise, business experience, and technology understanding. Our consultants are degree level educated with over 15 years hands on experience of shaping ideas, solving problems and putting the resulting change into operation. Each has the people and communications skills to help deliver change in a complex organisation. We are comfortable working at board level having held similar positions ourselves.

We are technology literate, understanding the role it plays in driving business growth and can bridge the gap between the business and the technology providers in a way that many other companies simply cannot do.

Tim Harris

Tim brings over 20 years experience in managing change for organisations such as Carillion, Norwich Union, Glaxo, Cable & Wireless and Autoglass. He has experience of the Facilities Management, Financial Services, Telecoms, Transport and the public sectors, working as a change practitioner and as a board advisor.

Tim holds an honours degree from the University of York. He held a PLC directorship for 5 years. Tim has a clear and pragmatic understanding of the role of technology in business, and has recently led the deployment of market leading applications such as mobile working and dynamic scheduling.

Stephen Wahl

Stephen has managed and advised on change programmes for over 23 years. He has worked with some the UK’s leading businesses including NTL, HSBC, P&O, Carillion and Orange. He is experienced in Financial Services, Transport, Facilities Management and the Telecoms Sectors.

Stephen has a honours degree from the University of Lancaster, and has held Director level positions. Stephen uses his strong interpersonal skills to quickly evaluate an organisation’s change management needs, recommend strategies and lead teams to deliver improved corporate performance.

Antony Edmonds

Antony has 19 years change management experience working with organisations as diverse as Carrier 1, Pension Store, DERA, Ventura, Benefits Agency and Gamma Telecom. His work covers the Facilities Management, Financial Services, Telecoms, and the public sectors.

Antony holds an honours degree from the University of Portsmouth. He undertakes all stages of business change, and has particular expertise in transitioning organisations to new operating models and technologies.
