Change Management

There are six key elements that need constant attention during any change programme: costs, benefits, timescales, people, process, and technology. Each is specified during the scoping stage of the programme. The project management team are responsible for monitoring process, technology, budgets, and timescales.

Enton's change management service addresses the benefits and people elements by:
  • keeping track of benefits delivery, and their measurement;

  • Conducting a training needs analysis, and organising the necessary training in new technology and processes prior to their introduction;

  • stakeholder management - keeping everyone informed of the progress of, and their involvement in the programme. Managing both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
